1. What are your main products?
Our products are components or metal material product made from ZAMAK, Aluminum, Stainless steel, Iron and Plastic. We get your drawing or concept and we make them come true.

We are a metal fabrication manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience.

3. What can you do and what is your limit?
We can produce custom metal products(actually our plastic components are also with very good quality)with all kinds of shapes and sizes, and there is virtually no limit to what we can do. Our custom metal products are produced using the high quality raw materials and are available in a wide variety of finishes.
We provide components manufacturing services to many industries and the accuracy can up to 5 microns, which is 0.0002 inch.
4. What is the price?
Our overseas department will quote you within 24 hours.
We would be happy to provide you with a price quote, and it would be helpful if you can provide us with as much specific information as you can about your project.
We make products in bulk and do not accept orders for single quantity items.
The price is based on the size, design, accuracy and order quantity, so please send us your drawing or concept or talk with us with more details, then we can discuss the customization specifications before you place the order, thanks.
5. What is your term of payment?
We mainly accept prepayment 30% and balance before shipment. Port: Shenzhen
6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Of course, we do! We have professional engineers to test all devices 100% before shipping. Our product inspection system also conforms to lso9001/CE/RoHS, IATF 16949, AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q200: IATF 16949 regulations.
7. How about the shipping?
We support international Express like FedEx, DHL, TNT, or sea shipment, and other various logistic solutions.
8. OEM&ODM service is available?
Yes. Allwell cast has a strong ability to offer OEM&ODM services and products.
We actually don’t have our own products, which means we can support you better. Your project is our project and our baby.
All what we do is to fulfill the job you give us to achieve precision components for your products.

9. How is the packaging?
Generally,we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. lf you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
We also support giftbox packaging, like artworked paper box, blister with paper one, etc.
10. What about the lead time?
It will need about 60 working days to delivery the first order including mold tooling.
25-30 working days for repeat orders.
The timeline is conservative estimate.
11. Can l have a sample order ?
Yes.We welcome sample order to test and check quality.
